Bought a bike from RM cycles via their website. After completing the purchase RM cycles highlighted that they had incorrectly listed the bike at a significantly reduced price. They graciously honoured the purchased price and the bike delivered the following week. I'm understandably delighted with my new bike and can wait to use it for the upcoming triathlon/time trial season. I wanted to write this review to applaud their decent customer values/ethics and to encourage others to support their business.

Excellent product knowledge and advice, speedy delivery, great prices and top quality products. What's not to love. Ordered a giant trance x1. I felt the bike was a little on the large size for my style of riding even though it was a good fit generally. RM cycles sorted the return collection and delivery of the new size. No hassle at all for me and everything was sorted within a few days.

unfortunatly my cycle arrived in two different parcels on separate days which made it awkward for someone to be at home on different days.Then when putting the cycle together i found that it had been supplied without pedals!!! When i rang to ask about this the gentleman on the phone asked if i had stipulated i needed pedals when ordering the product but there was no option to do this when ordering online through the website, but a good price for the cycle overall.

First time I’ve been and can’t fault them one bit. Really nice guys, amazing customer service and sorted my issue with a bike I’d purchased elsewhere super quickly. Will definitely return 👍

I’ve experienced absolutely amazing customer service here with fixing my flat back tire. Eventhough they were closing when I called and told them my problem (I was on my way back to the camping I’m staying at), they told me they would make time for me and stay a little longer to help. Would 100% recommend going to this place!

Having recently purchased a Giant Propel from RM Cycles I received great service. They were quick to help with a small issue with the frame (not their fault) and we’re always friendly. Would 100% recommend them to everyone.

Wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to the guys at RM Cycles. Today on my ride and 30miles in to Tenterden, my di2 battery died. I managed to limp it to their shop and had a warm welcome, they checked everything and even charged my battery….they saved my ride being so far out. Watching the mechanics was brilliant they looked and work like professionals. I forgot the owners name by the time I got home but what a great bloke…..thank you. While I was waiting for my bike I couldn’t believe how good the shop was and products they had on the shelf….really impressed…..looking forward to a trip soon. To anyone reading this it won’t be a wasted journey to see these guys 👌🏼👍

Great customer service, bought my first full suspension bike. Tom spent a lot of time fitting the bike to my needs, swapping a few things around. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Guys well done and thank you 🙏
