We were very impressed by the professional and personal service we received. Simon and his team went out of their way to listen to what we wanted and to ensure that they carried out our wishes. The wet weather caused a few problems with the grave but this was dealt with in a very calm and professional way. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Simon from TW Fuggles Funeral Directors was just a tremendous help when Auntie died. EVERYTHING was patiently and kindly explained, he took us through the whole process, one step at a time - and we left feeling relieved and reassured that everything had been discussed and thought through. My dear dear dad passed away recently and the family were faced with the gigantic task of arranging the funeral. Obviously wanting the best for him but feeling upset and bewildered. We really shouldn’t have worried. Crispin completely took us through the process gently and professionally bit by bit and was with us every step of the way. My mother-in-law passed away recently and the family were obviously devastated. Whichever way you look at it, it's a just a grim time all round and people are just left on their knees trying to cope with the grief, whilst also having to make arrangements they would rather not have to. It occurred to me then just how much of an art there is to the Funeral Director's services, and how important it is to get it right. At every stage of the process, Fuggles were simply immense - there's no other way to describe it. All of them were immaculate, solid, in control, sympathetic and compassionate. They ticked all the boxes. At a time when you feel at your lowest and are struggling to cope, these guys are capable of picking you up and getting you through it in the gentlest possible way.
