Sent flowers from the States and their website was a breeze to use. I had specific instructions on the delivery time.. I messed up on the address so Barry Jones team reached out to me to get it sorted and everything was delivered on time for my sister's special event! The flowers were just beautiful - she was so happy!!!

DO NOT under any circumstances go to this florist. I paid £40 for a bouquet plus £11 postage so £51 in total, the bouquet arrived and there was only 7 flowers in the bouquet. It consisted of 6 carnations and 1 Gerba…. I requested for lillies and roses and receive carnations and a single Gerba. The bouquet was absolutely TRAGIC!!! For £40!!! I could have got a much more beautiful and fuller bouquet for about £5.99 in Lidl. I’m absolutely DISGUSTED with this. I cannot recommend avoiding this florist enough.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife to arrive on Valentine’s Day. My wife was only in until 13:00 so before I ordered I confirmed this information and received reassurances that there were extra drivers etc. Anyway, the flowers were delivered to an empty house at 14:00 and left on the porch. So needless to say, I was less than impressed. Anyway, my wife was happy with the flowers when she got them the next day, hence a modest review. I’d rather have been told ‘you’ll get them when you get them” and I would have bought elsewhere. I’ll try another florist next time.

Amazing service and help for wedding flowers, Elizabeth found the perfect red for us and all the wedding flowers were amazing, so helpful too as had to change the date due to COVID.

I am always blown away by the friendliness of the Barry Jones team and the exceptional quality of their flowers and plants. I bought jasmine plants to be incorporated into my mother's funeral display and the plants have thrived. Now I'm going to plant them in the garden. Recently my husband bought me a bouquet for my birthday which lasted well over 3 weeks! We live 12 miles away, but I will always drive to Tenterden to get my flowers from BJF.

Ordered a rose bouquet for our silver anniversary with the help from a guy called Darren. Flowers were so much better than expected, delivery was prompt and bouquet was stunning! Good old fashioned 'customer service'. Would highly recommend and without doubt order here again
