Turned up in a panic yesterday with a broken key in 2 parts, this was the only one we have for the lock. Mark served me and was amazing and very reassuring when I was panicking, he said no problem and relaxed me straight away. He cut the key and told me to try it first and refused to take any payment until I've tested it. To make sure it works perfectly. It absolutely does! I will be in asap to pay you! Thank you for saving me big time and a lot of money on a locksmith! Outstanding customer service and trust which is very rare in retail these days. I won't ever go anywhere else

It was my first visit to Timpsons today and Scott couldn't have been more helpful. Although not a standard repair, Scott managed to fix my much loved handbag by improvising with a part on hand in the shop, this was greatly appreciated and to top it off he placed an extra hole in my son's belt.Thank you!

Timpson just charged my 90 year old father £37.95 to change a £1 battery in his £5 watch - a service which took 2 minutes and the local jewellers have charged him between £5 & £6.50 for many previous years. "Timpson - Great Service By Great People" - You should be ashamed.

Wish I could give more stars. The young man that served us today and also gave us advice a few days ago has a very good approach to customer service. He is willing to spare the time to give honest advice and also provides a professional service.

A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO….. Carole what a lovely helpful person, went above and beyond to make sure I daughters shoes where not only ready( had to have them stretched and extra elastic put on them ) Carole made sure you couldn’t see the work she had done, they was put back in the box and protected from any dirt or dust. Carol at Timpsons at Tenterden Tesco was today so helpful. She repaired my automatic lock on my car key. I really didn’t expect to have it repaired there; just thought I’d ask - she was brilliant - so many thanks Carol!

Very helpful young lady. Changed an awkward watch strap for me I'd bought there a few days before. No extra charge for her time and expertise. Nice watch strap too and reasonably priced.
