Ordered online which was easy. Was kept informed about delivery date. Delivery drivers very helpful. My tank could not take the full amount I had orderd and a refund was processed without me having to get in contact.

Booked on line but had an issue with the payment/card called to ask about problem, spoke to a very helpful member of staff and all sorted very quickly, it make so much difference to be able to talk to someone. Excellent service from booking to delivery, competitively priced.

IN these difficult times was able to order from Goff when other suppliers were reluctant to quote. Delivered within 5 working days. I estimated requirement based on later delivery so we could not get the full order in the tank.The refund was processed within 24 hours. Also when informed of the delivery by text it was on the only day I was due to be out.Called with instructions on what to do if not in and a very helpful lady took the details down. The delivery man arrived the next day early before I had left and he had the instructions I had given the previous afternoon.

We used Goff because they were recommended to us and after searching around they seem to offer the most competitive pricing. The delivery was prompt and there was clear communication about when we could expect it which was much appreciated seeing as our oil tank was quite low. The delivery person was very friendly and professional. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend!

Extremely positive experience. We have never gone anywhere but via Goff directly. Fantastic service from this company start to finish. From the order right through to delivery. (Which has been seamless). Great price, great service. Can’t ask for any more. We have looked at the village ‘groups’ that chase every penny with large village oil orders but they’ve never beaten the price we get direct from Goff. And certainly the service provided by Goff outweighs any minor discount the others may receive. Can’t recommend highly enough.
