Staff used to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Younger staff now are quite rude and twice edged me away from items I was looking at as they were with other customers. Perhaps they are on commission but a simple excuse me or even waiting a minute would be more polite. If I go back I will check first that the more experienced staff are available.

SpaceNK is my favourite beauty destination. I went to SpaceNK in Tenterden yesterday and the ladies were so lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely experience! Oh and the shop smelled amazing too. I had to ask them what they sprayed because it was hypnotic. X

What a fabulous experience we had at SpaceNK Tenterden last week where my daughter had her make-up done prior to her prom night. Assistant Manager Amy did a wonderful job of choosing make-up that was suitable and subtle enough for my daughter's complexion. Although we bought a pot of moisturiser that was recommended, there was no hard sell or pressure to purchase. We came away with a list of all the make-up products that Amy had used so my daughter can build up her make-up collection as and when she can afford it, knowing that she has already tried each product. Thank you so much SpaceNK!

Called in today not intending to buy anything as you do but it was VERY cool in there!. Lovely staff who managed to sell me Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser. Perfect colour. Exactly what I needed. Thankyou to that lady. I shall return. Susan

Such a warm friendly service and had a lovely lady help me, I managed to purchase the Nars foundation I was keen to try and also a hyaluronic acid serum. Very happy with my purchases and continue to shop at Space NK

A very nice shop which is well laid out. Mainly a home ware shop but also sells baby clothes. It is nice.

The service was great. Staff were really helpful.
