I rang this morning to leave my contact details in case my estranged mother is a client of theirs so that I can be contacted on my mother's death. I spoke to a lovely friendly and polite lady called Kelly who quite rightly could not confirm whether my mother is a client due to confidentiality. She was very professional, but at the same time empathetic and understanding. My contact details were duly taken and Kelly said that if my mother is a client of theirs they would be placed in my mother's file. I would definitely use this firm should the need ever occur even though they are not that local to me.

Very patient, easy going Solicitor.

Very poor service with the conveyancing work that was carried out. Found it very difficult to get any answers and ended up having my mortgage broker and estate agent letting me know what is going on to the point of no contract for over 3 plus weeks regading any problems. ( seems problem was never anything to do with them.)

Nelson McLean are to be highly commended for their professional, knowledgable and personal service they offered us in our recent house move.
