I have thought long and hard about publicly criticising a local business, but despite me making many verbal, and one formal written complaint directly, Nelson McLean have still failed to respond to, or communicate with me in any way. They were instructed to deal with probate in August 2022. Relevant documents were submitted to them on 29th September 2022. It is now March 2023 and I have received zero service or communication from them. They ignore emails and calls and seem incapable of a) undertaking probate and b) basic manners. I would warn anyone against using this company unless they want the process to take several years, or potentially to not happen at all. They're not just the worst law firm I've ever come across in terms of customer service, but the worst business. I'm going through a formal complaints process now and will be complaining to the legal ombudsman.
