Absolutely diabolical staff.. Kugan, is a detriment to the business, his attitude towards customers, feeling the need to shout and swear is ridiculous. Shouldn’t be in a role that faces customers and general public.

Esso garage on the a28 in tenterden , good price on fuel and a very well stocked shop with the benefit of a costa machine, car wash prices very reasonable

Young children running around petrol station, not being supervised by parent. Cashiers seemed to take the situation as an every day occurrence. I won't return.

I would rate any Esso garage that sells Esso's Supreme 99, this is the best fuel for both Vintage, modern, vehicles and motorcycles, especially as this fuel usually doesn't have the destructive Ethanol.

The place is run by Tamil tigers and I only paid for petrol here because I was almost flat empty gasping on fumes. Be aware that you are funding the civil war ongoing

I don't drive, so I use the shop sometimes to stock up on supplies. Friendly staff, Only deducted 1 star because the Prices of some goods can be a little on the expensive side.

Good price for fuel, the pumps were mainly empty so I was able to fill up quite quickly. The only thing that spoilt it was the moody woman serving. I will go there again when in the area, but will not make a special point of it due to the woman's attitude .

Today I put almost 6 litres in my car (using pump no 1), and paid for it. However, the car’s patrol gauge didn’t show it. First I thought it will show when I drive but it didn’t. I came back to the petrol station within 5 mins and told staff who simply told me that issue must be with my car and dismissed my complaint!! This is patent nonsense! It is not the first time, I noted previously that petrol wouldn’t get dispensed for the first £4/£5 using pump no 4. I consider this outrageous daylight robbery especially when the fuel prices are rocketing. These people are profiteering- check your fuel pump if you have the misfortune to have to use this garage!!

The guy who served me never once looked at me and instead kept shouting down his phone in a foreign language! Really amazing customer service! He only stopped going so when my card needed to be inserted as I'd tapped too many times, and barked at me to insert it. Felt like apologising for interrupting his argument!
